A $50.00 non-refundable application fee is due. Application fee is accepted by checks only. Application fee is tax-deductible. Checks should be made payable to “The San Francisco Foundation” with a note in the memo line or in an attached note indicating that the donation is for the “Potrero Residents Education Fund.”

Tuition-Free Information:
Only families that are SFCEL recipients will be considered to attend Potrero Hill Kids Preschool tuition-free.

Be sure to mark on the preschool application whether you are a current recipient or have recently applied to the SFCEL program.

Wu Yee Children’s Services

The San Francisco Centralized Eligibility List (SFCEL) helps income-eligible families with children under 13 years find child care subsidy programs that cover part or all of their child care costs. With SFCEL, families can apply for high quality child care and development programs all over San Francisco through a single application and improve their chances of receiving financial assistance with child care.

Families can download the SFCEL application online in English, Spanish or Chinese.
