Join the PREFund new parent group for a yoga meetup.  Geared towards babies not yet crawling and their parents and caregivers.  

Please bring your own yoga mat and a baby blanket. We will meet at Jackson Park's field in the shade (17th St. and Carolina St.)

Join us for a rejuvenating session of Parent & Baby Yoga! This event is designed for parents and their little ones to bond, relax, and have fun together. Our experienced instructor and new parent, Stef, will guide you through gentle yoga poses that are suitable for both parents and babies.
