Reading Buddies is a concept that pairs different grade-level students for community reading time—an upper-grade student connects with a lower-grade or pre-school student to read together. This is proven to build reading skills, confidence, all while cultivating a sense of community among local families with different age children. 

We support the different language pathways in the neighborhood as well so bring your Spanish, Mandarin and Italian language learners! 

Please note: Food is not permitted in the meeting room. Please plan to eat all meals and snacks outside the library facility.
