How To Talk With Your Kids About Race
A Seminar for Parents and Educators facilitated by Micia Mosely, Ph.D.
Do your kids ask race-related questions you can't answer?
The most powerful change we can make is on the micro level, with what we teach our children about race and implicit bias.
Join us at this seminar with comedian and educator Micia Mosely, Ph.D., and learn how to unpack your own understanding of race and the developmentally appropriate language to use with your kids.
This two-hour long seminar is appropriate for parents and educators of kids from preschool to high school. It's an interactive seminar where you will be reflecting on your own beliefs and conceptions in order to come up with the right solutions for you and your family.
Thursday, January 18th, 7-9pm
